Push-Up Walkout
This exercise helps you build core control by walking your hands out from a toe touch into a plank and back.
- Starting Position:
- Pushup
Start: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart on a non-slip surface. Fold forward and put your hands flat on the floor, bending your knees as much as you need to.
Action:
Walk your hands forward into a solid plank. Back stays flat and still — no sagging, no arching.
Hold the plank steady for a moment.
Hinge at the hips and walk your hands back toward your feet. Stand up.
Feel: Your midsection should feel like a locked box the whole way out and back. If your hips swing with each hand step, take smaller steps.
